Toby is a very experienced property marketing specialist, and a longtime member of our sales team. He is always happy to give expert marketing advice to clients and property investors, in order to help them make the best decisions and achieve the best price. An excellent negotiator he believes that understanding and effective communications with clients, buyers and solicitors are important factors to see the sale through to completion. Clients always appreciate they can contact him quickly and directly. Toby has over 30 years’ experience as a surveyor, estate agent and property developer. He has periodically worked in property investments, sales and the built environment over four continents. During his travels he also enjoys exploring cities, local customs and architecture. He grew up and lives in London and still considers it his favourite city. He has completed the London and Chicago marathons and raised funds for Sense charity organisation for the deaf and blind. He admires beautiful gardens and finds them a source of peace and tranquility.
