Lettings: the Castor Bay Lettings Team managed a portfolio of properties for our valued Landlords from Surrey to Central London. We also introduce professional tenants to properties that are managed by the Landlords themselves. All our tenants are highly referenced, and we can offer rental warrantees for extra security.

Gary has predominantly lived in and around the Berkshire / Hampshire area his whole life and has over 35 years of experience within the property industry, working his way from Trainee Negotiator to then setting-up and managing single and multi-branch offices for large Estate Agencies. Gary takes pride in delivering exceptional personal service to his clients. His in depth knowledge of the sales process makes him equipped to offer friendly advise throughout the sales process, ensuring a smooth and stressfree sale.

Toby is a very experienced property marketing specialist, and a longtime member of our sales team. Mark has been very fortunate in having a varied lifestyle with long stints living and working overseas in different countries, he has travelled to over 43 countries for work and play. After returning to the UK a few years ago, Mark followed his passion in the property industry and joined Castor Bay and now helps market properties, negotiate the sale and progress the sale through to completion.

Tina Hadzhieva

Accountant & All-round office superstar

Tina is a qualified accountant and looks after all financial related aspects of the business. She has over a decade’s worth of knowledge and experience in the property industry, making her a prom-solving expert. She has a friendly approach and is a key favourite with our Landlords. She also coordinates the lettings and property management team. Her efficiency means our property management process is highly effective in maintaining a large portfolio. Tina is a social butterfly and loves travelling not just within Europe, but around the world. Her most memorable adventure so far was touring South America, visiting Lake Titicaca & Machu Picchu.

Desi Delcheva

Lettings Property Manager

Desi is our property management superstar and coordinates everything relating to property maintenance. She has years of experience working in the lettings industry and if there was a gold medal for multitasking and organisation skills she would have it. Her efficiency and attention to details, means she can provide an excellent service to both our Landlord and Tenants. Desi is our resident foodie, always sharing recipes and food inspiration within the team.

Annette Gardner

Property Marketing Specialist & Interior Designer

Annette has been involved in property and interiors for many years including refurbishing several homes. She has worked in high street agency and is also experienced at home-staging and de-cluttering. She is fully trained in home interior design and garden design and is an experienced marketing specialist having run her own business for over 30 years. Annette loves networking and meeting people and has a great attention to detail.

Robin Peter

Property Marketing Specialist

Robin has more than 20 years of accountancy experience, which sparked his desire to expand into the property business. Robin provides a property finding service for buyers saving them time, whilst negotiating the best price. Now as a member of the Castor Bay Team, Robin is looking forward to providing a similar service to sellers by offering our new and exclusive sales campaigns.

Katy Spragg

Katy is an ideas person, motivational and self-driven.  In addition to a background in Lettings and Sales, she brings wide experience garnered across various disciplines along her career path. She has been  an Operations Director for a Care Company, assisting people living with dementia, and has been the driver behind start-ups for music and fitness programmes in that arena. Problem solving and smart solutions are her forte

Angus Craig-Wood

Property Marketing Specialist

Angus has spent over 30 years working in residential property, mainly working in the domestic and international relocation industry, assisting corporate clients and their employees with their short term and long term housing needs. In recent years, he has worked as a property developer in Weybridge. During his long career working in property Angus has built up a wealth of experience and knowledge of the residential property market and he has joined Castor Bay to further his career in property sales.

Nigel Frampton

Property Marketing Specialist

Nigel is very experienced in the property industry. Working in various roles in office refurbishment in the UK, and more recently in the USA in energy efficient lighting. Nigel was able to enjoy his passion for travel whilst in the USA, particularly enjoying the diversity of Oregon, New Orleans and Yellowstone National Park. Favourite European destinations include Barcelona, Rome and the Provence region in Southern France. Nigel joined the Castor Bay team to continue to provide the same level of friendly service throughout the sales process, aiming to eliminate the stress usually associated with selling a property.

Elaine Bowen

Elaine has a nursing background and has also been involved with all aspects of property, including sales, lettings and property management both in the UK and in South Africa.  Elaine returned to the UK at the end of 2012 and is happily settled in Surrey.  Elaine prides herself on her integrity, self-discipline, attention to detail and efficiency. Elaine enjoys playing bridge, travelling, meeting and helping people.
